We are looking for a private janitor to clean our offices. We prefer an individual over a janitorial company because we are looking for quality over quantity. If you're looking for a little side income and know how to clean well we are looking to bring you on (contractual basis). A typical job is around 2 hours a week with the possibility for more work if things go well. This job is perfect for someone who has worked for a cleaning company and has good experience but wants to make more than $12-15 per hour. ** Must have own transportation/ janitorial supplies such as mops, vacuums. ** We will provide cleaning solutions and paper towels etc... ** Must carry your own liability insurance** We are not hiring you as an employee but bringing you on as a private contractor.
