I am a realtor that sources repairs for about 20 houses. Looking for a reliable, straightforward, easy to work with handyman. I generally offer about $35 times the time it would take me to do the job, rounded up to account for gas, etc. On rare occasion that I can't easily source the work, I increase the budget by 20% and then hire a tradesman. I have a job that requires multiple skills as a good project to see who can take on a variety of work. The job is taking one laundry room and turning it into two function laundry closets.
