Here are the top stories in Laguna Beach today: Laguna Beach residents can expect another cold and rainy week ahead of them, the National Weather Service reported Tuesday. A cold winter storm is predicted to surge across the Southland Tuesday night, with rains and winds hitting the Golden State's mountain ranges the hardest. (Laguna Beach Patch).Picturesque Table Rock Beach in Laguna Beach has been closed to all residents, after a rockfall last week resulted in massive boulders obstructing the beach's entrance and shores. After months of work, officials announced Tuesday that the oil spill that impacted Orange County's waters was fully cleaned up, and assured the public that the shores had been restored to their original condition.
