BURNSVILLE, MN — Burnsville apartment complex Parkvue Flats recently sold for nearly $50 million, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The previous owners, New York-based Abacus Capital Group, closed the deal with Utah-based Bridge Investment Group earlier this month, the report said.
