CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH — As Ohio continues to see a surge in COVID-19 cases, the Cuyahoga County Public Library system Public Library is taking steps to ensure it can continue to operate safely and with sufficient staffing. Since Monday, Cuyahoga County Public Library has reverted to curbside/drive-through service. All Cuyahoga County Public Library branches are open for drive-through window and curbside service during these hours: Monday — Thursday | 9:00 AM to 9:00 PMFriday & Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday | 1:00 to 5:00 PMGuests who wish to use the library's drive-through window service do not need to schedule a specific pick up time. They should bring their library card or have the library card number associated with the hold in order to pick up material. "We recommend arriving at a drive-through location at least 15 minutes before closing to ensure staff will be available to assist you," library staff said. All in-person programs are also canceled through Jan. 31, 2022. Virtual programs are still available. Branch hours of operation will remain the same and virtual programs will continue as scheduled. Library officials did not say when residents could expect a return to normal operations. Residents can visit cuyahogalibrary.org for the latest updates on safety procedures and any branch closures.
