Boarder collie, black lab, mix needs a working home

I have a 2.5-3 yr old beautiful medium sized pup. She is super hyper, playful, loving and sweet. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She is attentive and loves to be by your side and in your face. She’s great with other dogs, isn’t harmful to cats but likes to chase them, great with kids. She has endless energy and toilets often so it is a must she has access to a doggy door and yard. She is kennel trained at night or when I leave- bc I have no dog door. I am confident she would potty herself if she had access to the outdoors at her disposal. She does have pretty strong separation anxiety and anxiety in general and would be best suited where someone is home most of the time- I think somewhere with another dog or a huge enough yard might alleviate her anxiety. She did wonderful when she had a sibling and a yard at our last home. Ideally she would be best suited on a farm or in a home with a large area for her to run and play- and where she will get endless attention. She likes to heard and would be great on a farm. She is so dearly loved and I will only let her go to the right home where I am confident she will be getting better than I can give her. I will need to know some about you and see where she would be going. I have become a single mom and my financial situation as well as time had changed drastically. It has become challenging to get her out enough as we live upstairs. This has led to her being too energetic-more than her usual and a lot of potty accidents. I believe she could be feeling stressed due to lack of attention sometimes and it seems it’s not fair to anyone. She loves everyone but does know her person. I feel like she’s happy where she’s at but it’s become really difficult and I know personally she deserves better. She is brown and black absolutely beautiful.
