My name is Rich and I am a certified personal trainer in the Clearwater area. I am offering very competitive rates for the new year and have a facility at my location if need be. I train either at my location or a gym of your choice. I also do in home training if you have your own gym. No extra charge for travel within a reasonable distance. I offer package deals as well. Multiple forms of payment accepted including credit card, Zelle, and Paypal. My background includes military training and I possess multiple certifications including corrective exercise and nutrition. I DO NOT write meal plans but am able to offer advice on nutrition and supplements. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, and injury prevention.
