Press release from the City of Alameda: December 27, 2021 The Alameda Free Library is pleased to present a Basic Computing Workshop in the computer lab. This event will be held at the Main Library, 1550 Oak St., from 6-7:30 pm on January 12, 2022. All ages are welcome to this series. This workshop, Basic Computing (Windows 10), will cover the basics of navigating Windows as well as all of the general visual cues that apply systemwide. We'll go over some shortcuts, and introduce some file management techniques. No computer experience is necessary to attend this workshop. We will be focusing on the Windows 10 Operating System, but all operating systems welcome. Please join us. Registration is requested as there is limited space.
