We have gorgeous babies who are ready in abt 2 week some 3 weeks. We have Albino's in "Golden", "Rose Golden" and various yellow shades to white. All SUPER glittery. Placed as PETS $80 They have been raised from eggs (origin of eggs from Nebraska and Washington State). They come from extremely well documented lines and HETS. Raised on 100% High quality live feeds and being transitioned over to pellets. We believe in responsible husbandry, ownership and care of the Species and are a signer of the Axolotl Husbandry code of Ethics, and are recognized as such. ( No backyard genetic swap, inbreeding or unknown pedigrees especially important since there is a very small gene pool as most undocumented Axolotl are severely inbred) This species requires fresh water temperatures in the 62-68 range (preferably towards the lower end). Babies should be in a aquarium without any substrate until around 6" in legnth in which super fine pool sand or tiles can be added. They require a tank to be fully cycled PRIOR to being put into it. If you do not have one ready using a 5 gallon clear plastic toter "tub" can be used with regular water changes until your tank is fully cycled. In addition we offer LIVE BLACKWORMS to feed if you should wish to continue them on a live diet for additional fee. 2nd day shipping to most legal locations available for additional fee.
