Rehoming the sweetest little boy

Looking to find a new home for our three-year-old cat, Floofee. He is litter box trained and up-to-date with all of his shots. Once he's comfortable with you, he is the absolute sweetest little thing! He loves to sleep on my shoulder/chest when bedtime comes and sleeps between my legs and next to me every night. He likes to sit on my lap or in between me and my keyboard when I'm working. He always greets me when I come home by meowing a bit. He does meow more when it comes to mealtimes. He is very shy towards new people, which is why we have to find a new home for him. We're going to be renting out rooms of our home short-term to different people, which would make him uneasy. Would love to give him to a home where he is the only pet and gets all the attention. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure that he goes to a good home. Adopting him comes with a free (5 foot tall) cat tower and beds that he loves. Also included are some food that he eats, toys, and litter that he uses.
