The Groundskeeper/Laborer position performs those tasks typically not performed by other trades or crafts needed to maintain or improve the grounds/facilities of commercial properties. Under supervision of the manager, maintenance coordinator or lead technician, perform work involving the use of small equipment, mowers, weed eaters and other maintenance equipment; perform routine manual labor involved in facilities grounds maintenance; and do semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work. Each groundskeeper may be assigned responsibility for the care and maintenance of several designated tasks or areas on different facilities grounds and does related work as required. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Position require a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable clean driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NMS’ vehicle insurance policy. - Minimum one (1) year directly related experience. - Consistent with Presidential Executive Order 14042 this contract requires that you must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The Executive Order requires that federal workers and federal contractor employees be fully vaccinated by December 8, 2021.
