Lazy dog for Adoption

I have a foster dog that is looking for a new home in the new year. He mostly just lays around. He won’t help you carry in groceries or even bark at strangers when they come over. He barely acknowledges me when I come home by lifting his head from his never ending naps. He doesn’t seem to notice fireworks or thunderstorms. He does have moments of playfulness where he likes to spin around and pounce on his stuffed animals. He also runs around in the yard for a bit but then has to take a nap to recover. He does love going for walks and car rides though. He’s 4 years old, weights 65 pounds and is neutered. He loves people but not other dogs so he needs to be an only pet. He also doesn’t care for delivery trucks which only means he will tell you when you’ve got a package being delivered.
