Serious guitarist looking for the right group

I have a lot of experience working with original and cover bands and would prefer to write original music from the ground up. I'm happy playing rhythm, lead, or a little of both. I've been studying, practicing, gigging, and teaching for many years, and I'm hoping to find experienced players with a pro-leaning attitude, serious gear, chops, and professionalism. I'm in my late 30's and have no issue playing with younger or older musicians. I'm not currently interested in playing hard rock or metal, traditional jazz, or country music. I know it's tough during Covid times, but why not spend the winter ramping up some plans for the other side of this thing.
