We are a general contractor that serves all of San Diego County. Our specialty is improving and enhancing apartment communities. Crews perform services such as demo, interior and exterior remodel including dry wall, light electrical/plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms and exterior balcony & fence repairs. This job requires a person with construction knowledge, leadership skills and project scheduling ability. Due to our reputation and history, we have a large list of clientele that relies on us. Job requirements are as follows: Construction & leadership skills Excellent communication skills Use of smart phone for emailing, texts, and updates Reliable, trustworthy and honest Must have your own truck and tools Work towards the goal of 100% job completion on time Detail oriented and provide a quality work product Please respond with your information, availability and what your desired hourly pay is.
