NW Employment Solutions needs full-time BUILDING RESTORATION LABORERS immediately for a well-known feed distribution center in WOODBURN, OR. This is a temp-to-hire position with a company that cleans up storm, water or fire damaged residential and commercial buildings in the Portland Metro Area. START IMMEDIATELY! Location: Woodburn, OR Shifts: 8am-5pm M-F Rate of Pay: $16 Company offers health benefits, PTO, and an immediate raise upon hire. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Restoring water damaged buildings, ripping up carpet, taking down sheet rock, moving office furniture, could be trauma/crime scene clean-up, could be cleaning bio-hazard, ceilings/floors/walls, upholstery, documenting restoration, odor removal, could be taking down vandalism or graffiti Duties: • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times. • Perform production processes as directed. • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. Requirements: • Must be able to frequently stand, bend, lift, climb, and reach to perform necessary job functions. · Must be able to lift/push/pull 50lbs regularly. Up to 100lbs with a group. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud.
