PLEASE HELP! I FOUND A DYING KITTEN

So I was walking in my neighborhood and pulled a dying kitten out of the snow. It was freezing to death, very weak, it is like a skeleton and it has an eye infection so bad in both eyes it might be blind but idk. It is not a feral cat. it purrs when i touch it and wants to be near me. I will call shelters in the AM. I don't want it to end up being put down. But without help it WILL die. I dont have money to get this kitty help. Does anyone know anything about rescues or can anyone please HELP me! PLEASE I am not sure what to do. Please text me ASAP
