Hello there!
I’ve been a pole instructor for the past year and a half and am opening a new beginner 5 week series this January. We’ll cover foundational spins, grips, tricks, and climbs. Learn how to confidently move around the pole all while getting a great workout! These are super small group classes limited to 3 students. This particular series is hosted every Wednesday at 5:30pm starting Jan 5th in our studio located in the Lloyd district.
