Construction/Remodeling in Mansfield, OH Now hiring for help with maintenance and upkeep of 170 unit apartment complex. Year-round full-time work! Starting pay is between $11.00 - $18.00 depending on experience and skill level. After 30 days you will be assessed and pay will be adjusted accordingly. Construction experience is required. Minimum 2 years. • Remodeling • Drywalling • HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical a PLUS • Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate site terrain • Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site • Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew • Work efficiently and complete assigned tasks Must haves: • Your own tools • Your own transportation.
