You are not only a Driver but also a lead Installer who will be leading installs and team members. As the Driver and lead Installer, you are responsible for ensuring event rental equipment is carefully loaded and unloaded correctly. As a Driver/Installer you will lead crew members proficiently and by example. As the Driver/ Installer, you will work closely with clients on site and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Safety is priority you must foster and maintain a consistent safe work environment for all crew members. About You: Maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company/insurance standards Extremely task-oriented, accurate, efficient Comfortable working with diverse personalities in a team and able to lead a team Strong time management and customer service skills Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods Your contributions to the Bright Team: Read and comprehend company orders and invoices to complete client deliveries and pick-ups. Ability to safely operate a 24- foot box truck with lift gate. Load, unload, transport, and deliver items to clients, businesses or venues in a safe, timely manner. Use provided diagrams and drawings to properly install and layout event equipment. Lead crew members proficiently with a helpful teaching style. Work closely with the client on site to ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction. Adhere to assigned routes and follow timed schedules. Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Physical Demands and Requirements: Valid state driver's license Must have clean driving record Experience driving a 24' truck (preferred) Bilingual skills preferred to communicate effectively with our clients and team members Ability to sit and drive for extensive hours at a time Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and over time as needed. Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl. Must adapt to different weather conditions and noise level that may be from moderate to heavy. Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
