JOB DUTIES *Ensure that care is delivered to the resident per the care plan. Such care shall include assisting residents with the following activities of daily living (ADL’s): Grooming, Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting, Incontinent Care, Transfers, Escorting to meals and activities. *Ability to observe resident behavior and report any noticeable changes. *Work as a team to care for residents and engage them in meaningful activities. Our caregivers are: -provided the resources they need to do their job, including PPE -appreciated, respected, and treated fairly. -we can work around schedules, school, appointments, another job etc... -we NEVER lay-off or cut hours to anyone who wants to work. -we offer vacation and health benefits to Full Time employees IMPORTANT Prior to beginning work at our community, applicants must be able to pass criminal clearance through FBI and Department of Justice. The background search includes minor misdemeanors and DUIs. Applicants must be 18 or over.
