Maintenance Supervisor A local property management company is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Willoughby, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company-owned facilities while assuring the safety, security, comfort and wellbeing of the tenants and staff. Additional Responsibilities: -Assist in the Development of and/or implementation of the Business Plan to ensure the property meets or exceeds the expectations of the owners, residents, vendors, and all customers. -Supervise property maintenance assistant personnel, housekeeping personnel, grounds/general labor and subcontractors, when applicable -Assist with acquiring bids for CapEx projects, service contracts and general asset protection -Ensure all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds are completed according to established procedures -Schedule and inspect all work performed by maintenance personnel and outside contractors -Complete vacant units to make ready status according to established procedures -Regularly communicate with property manager as to status of service requests, make ready units, etc. -Assist in performing all snow removal as outlined in the policy and procedure manual or as required by the needs of the property, including daily completion of snow removal log -Schedule, inspect and/or perform grounds maintenance ensuring high level curb appeal -Ensure inventory of adequate parts and supplies are in stock -Continually monitor budgeted maintenance expenses. -Perform pool cleaning daily, maintain pool chemical log and ensure property chemical balance -Regularly inspect clubhouse, common area rest rooms, common amenities, etc. to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness -Participate in resident retention activities -Respond to and correct after hour emergencies on a timely basis -Attend staff meetings, safety meetings, regional workshops, corporate seminars, and assigned training -Perform all other related duties as assigned Requirements: -A High School diploma, GED or equivalent -At least two years of previous maintenance experience within the property management industry Pay: $20-$26/hour Benefits: -Medical -Dental -Vision -Short- and Long-Term Disability -401k -Life Insurance -Paid Time Off -Bonuses If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume
