We are immediately hiring for a Groundskeeper to start ASAP for Apartment Community in Sacramento Area. Job Duties: • Pick up trash & debris from grounds • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Pressure washing common areas • Vacant unit trash Outs • Clean and prepare market-ready units • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize • Job Qualifications: • Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience a plus • A valid driver's license may be required • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must pass background check & drug screening Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am - 5pm Pay range: $16 - $18 hourly DOE The Liberty Group provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
