We are Hiring Maintenance Technicians with 3+ years’ experience in multiple locations throughout El Dorado County. Maintenance Responsibilities: The person in this position is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work orders and unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas. Preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents. Maintenance is deemed an essential worker during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Maintenance worker you are required to ensure the continuity of building functions. Maintenance worker are required to provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, construction, and essential operations of property sites and operations of continuing the daily functions of the property. Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: • Perform regular preventive property-related maintenance tasks with minimal supervision consistent with Company policy and direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager • Make ready, unit turns and work orders preventive Maintenance Repair • Assist with all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting • Complete any additional tasks as a directive by manager or property supervisor Required Qualifications, Skills, And Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent, college and/or trade school preferred • One-year industry or maintenance related experience • Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands on experience - Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards (i.e., asbestos, lead, mold, radon) as they apply to residential housing. • Must own basic tools • Proven organizational and time management skills • Valid driver license • Must be able to complete scheduled routine tasks quickly and efficiently, without supervision.
