This lack of charisma is a strong contrast to Obama and Trump who were each great at getting their audiences pumped up. Despite Joes lack of flashy stage presence, he has been a very affective leader. Republicans do not want to hear it, but Biden is accomplishing all of his campaign promises. Biden is accomplishing the democratic agenda. Joe Bidens persistence is extremely effective. His Build Back Better plan will pass soon. This will top off a very effective first year in office. Personally, I appreciate that Joe is not a flashy leader. I appreciate his honesty and humility. Leading the nation is not a popularity contest. We do not need slick talkers or reality TV stars making a circus out of our democracy. Joe Biden is getting the job done. That is all that matters to me. America is moving forward.
