The Position: 911 Restoration is looking to grow our team by adding a Lead Technician that will transition into a Project Manager. Must have experience in residential or commercial restoration with emphasis on water damage, fire mitigation, and mold. This is a full-time job at a fast-growing restoration company. Job duties include managing our crew, performing inspections, creating site reports, and providing detailed & accurate data on jobs. Candidates should be punctual & positive with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Areas of Responsibility: • Scheduling work, overseeing employees and subcontractors in all phases of the mitigation and reconstruction work for properties damaged by water, fire, mold, etc. • Responsible for, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders • Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges • Communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality control Qualifications: • Experience working in water disaster restoration • Valid Driver’s License • IICRC certifications (WRT or ASD) required • Experience handling projects that range in all size and scope • Must have strong time management skills, along with experience site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions • Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift/move up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, as well as in harsh indoor conditions such as fire- damaged or condemned structures with low-light and/or exposure to airborne particles • Thorough and attentive to detail; proactive with proven ability to meet deadlines • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors • Subject to pre-employment background check
