Looking for a full range of makers/builders. We are not your average builders. We have a full range of projects requiring our workers to be ready and willing to complete tasks from shoveling gravel to fine carpentry. Interior work and exterior work. Please be ready and willing to work with both traditional and non-traditional building methods. Be excited to learn and complete complex fine woodworking with under 32nd of an inch tolerances. Also, please understand when 1/8th inch tolerance is (not ideal but) acceptable for things like framing. Be excited to formulate new ideas and ways of using new technologies, composites, and sustainable alternatives. We also have a growing steel department. This offers us extreme levels of flexibility. While we are open to all levels of experience, people with their own basic tools, belt, and some years of experience are preferred. Less experienced folks will be considered if there is a work ethic and personality fit with our crew. At the end of the day, we are growing fast and want people to grow with us. People who stick with us for over 6 months will receive regular benchmark bonuses and those who stick with us for over a year will receive profit-sharing bonuses. We welcome people from all walks of life and encourage people who are recovering from substance abuse issues and those with criminal records to apply.
