The studio is divided in half, roughly 20.5’ x 12’ with a foyer to share Info about the space: -$460 per month -Warm in the winter -Cool in the summer (A/C) -Heat & electricity included. -24/7 Access -Yoga in the building -Diner in the adjoining building -You can participate in open studios -Distillery Gallery in the building We are equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, couch, some natural lighting, above lighting, and some furniture. Looking for an artist with an existing practice. No hazardous materials or kilns. Looking for a one-year commitment. Must be respectful of the other artists & vaccinated.
