Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Tallahassee, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services. Qualifications for the position include:  Team player with excellent communication skills.  Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.  Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.  Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.  Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.  Understanding of FL Medicaid Programs preferred.  Associate degree in related field preferred.  Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred. Available shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Thursday and 8am to 7 pm Friday.
