Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Tallahassee, Florida.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services. Qualifications for the position include:
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
Understanding of FL Medicaid Programs preferred.
Associate degree in related field preferred.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
Available shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Thursday and 8am to 7 pm Friday.
