Can America Drilling is seeking rig hands. Our office is located 45 miles east of Colorado Springs. We specialize in geoexhange drilling and water well drilling. General Duties: • Load material and supplies for each project • Assist driller in drilling and preparing casing and cement for well. • Help with general maintenance and repair to work truck, drill rig and support equipment • Keeping project site clean Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Ability to take direction and work on a team • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs • Ability to bend over • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Must have valid Driver’s License • Must be able and willing to obtain CDL (we will help you with obtaining CDL) although having a CDL already is preferred. • Must be able to pass pre employment and random drug testing • Must be willing to work hard and GET DIRTY • Must be able to travel. May be required to be out of town when drilling a well 1 hour or more from Simla • Must be willing and physically able to work 40-70 per week BENEFITS: • Paid vacation • Paid sick time • Paid holidays • Retirement • Insurance: o Medical – Company pays half of employee’s premium o Dental – Paid by employee o AFLAC – Paid by employee • $40 daily per diem when required to stay out of town (Out of town is considered from Office)(Company will cover cost of motel room)(Tax free) • Paid from our office to job and job back to office • Starting hourly wage is significantly above minimum wage
