Found December 20th with a leash attached on N 59th Ave and W Pinnacle Peak near Thunderbird Mountain. Microchipped, but no owner response. Posted on several Facebook pages and reported to MCCAC. Safe with rescue. Please reply with picture if you think this is your dog.
