Job Description Tire Tech and Auto Repair Centers is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician for their Oakland, NJ based repair shop. To apply please email [email protected] or call 973-886-0155. Applicants should have the following skills/certifications: -5-10 year’s experience working on an array of vehicles. -Ability to install and mount vehicle tires -Must be able to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles. -Must be able to replace parts such as shocks, brakes, axel, transmissions, engines and more. -Ability to perform preventative maintenance such as oil changes, A/C flush, tire rotations, battery testing, light installation and more. -Must be ASE certified -Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license. -Must possess their own tools. -Test drive vehicles -Repair/replace exhaust systems, including mufflers, exhaust pipes etc. -Remove, repair or service transmissions -Solder and repair leaks. -Service, replace and repair fuel oil hoses, assemblies. -Trouble shoot and repair fuel injection system problems; to include pumps, injectors, and electronic controls -Rewire, install, calibrate, and time ignition system, lights, and instrument panel -Complete related repairs on alternators, starters, batteries, and voltage regulators BENEFITS: - Healthcare, Dental and Vision. - Paid vacation time. - Sick days. - Performance bonus
