Seeking regular snow removal

Company seeking a sub contractor for regular snow removal / and deicer application at a property in Missoula MT. Property takes 20 minutes to complete using a walk behind and or shovel, another 5-10 minutes to send the photos. Snow removal to be done whenever at least 3+" of snow has accumulated. Contractor will need to take before during and after photos of work performed and send them in for payment. Pay is contract based at $75/service completed. I will provide deicer or reimbursement for bags purchased. I'm happy to answer any questions. It's a pretty easy gig, I'm just not looking to drive over to Missoula every week. Contracted person will need to complete a W-9 form as a 1099 will need to be issued if over total pay exceeds $600 for the season. Must be willing to submit to a background check (I will cover the expense).
