Job Description • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. • Communicate with all departments to ensure products are correctly shipped and in a timely manner. • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. • Conduct cycle counts on a regular basis. • Knowledge of the 5 levels of inventory and when to adjust: Minimum Level, Maximum Level, Average Stock Level, Danger Level, Re-ordering Level. • Ensure efficient space utilization. • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. • Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees. Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with all departments within the company • Forklift certification
