We are an interior renovations company in NYC/Brooklyn in need of a construction professional with a back round in general contracting. The position is for a "working foreman". The foreman will be at a single job site full-time and run the job as directed by management, while at the same time doing construction work as necessary. Must be fluent in English and Spanish a plus! Task include: - Responsible!! - Maintaining a clean site - Making sure the sub contractors are doing the right tasks - Closing up the job at the end of the day - Must be well rounded and know how to tape/spackle/paint/frame/tile - Min 5 years in the construction trade - Communication is a must Job is project based and the right candidate will lead to full time. Position is 1099. Please respond with day rate and experience.
