Lost/Stolen Puppy

On Dec 24, 2021 my puppy was last seen on my porch 17** Blandford drive Charlotte NC, 28262 at 9:42pm. Fireworks was set off and startled him, he either ran too far or wandered off and someone grabbed him. He is a small black Shih Tzu (4 years old) he has medical concerns. Nearest cross street is Burgandy and Mineral Springs. He is our family dog please get him home safe
