Rehoming a sweet pup

We need to rehome a pup. He is about 9 months old and could use a home with a large yard so he has plenty of space. He did complete a 3 week professional puppy training program but I can't honestly say that we've seen the benefits of that. He will sit (sometimes). He will "stay" at the door pretty well when we open it. However, walking on a leash remains a challenge.
