Anyone want a dog for your family and want to skip the puppy phase? Moses is a beautiful full-bred 6 year old Presa Canario but had been through some abuse and trauma prior to staying with us over the past few months. We do not have his official papers but were told by a vet that his vaccinations are up to date. He is very affectionate once he realizes he can trust you but is suspicious and fearful of everyone, including children, and also fast movements, and loud noises, until people prove to him that they are loving and trustworthy. He was very skittish when we first started caring for him but has calmed down over time. He loves going on walks.  He becomes very protective of those whom are caring for him.  He is house-trained and obedient but would benefit from some more consistent training. He is very intelligent.
