Yoga + Breathwork + Mindset Workshop
On January 2nd, 2021 - Get yourself ready for the new year by tuning in to your body and mind and harnessing the power of your own breath.
We're going to dive into how your mind and breath paired with movement can alter your entire wellbeing. You'll find some powerful things can happen when you intentionally breathe and set your mind for the new year.
To start off with a short presentation of why setting your mindset can either set you up for success everyday or in contrast, affect your body and the people around you in an unhealthy way with Taylor Abrahamson, Holistic Health Coach at Ape Movement.
Before we dive into the breathwork we're going to warm your body up with a 30 minute Anusara yoga session with Ape Movement's yoga teacher, Josh Blakley.
After that, you will be led by four intentional breath sessions with our coach Jake Casey. With this breathwork, you will find that you can alter your physiological self which is pretty incredible! We'll dive into that more at the workshop!
We'll finish off with a little meditation and discussion.
