Learn the basics of knife anatomy, how to hold a knife, which knives to use and when, and knife cuts that can be utilized in a variety of applications. Assemble a Rainbow Chopped Salad with Basil Vinaigrette at the end of class and learn about how to use your scraps. Instructor: Chef Jason Knapp Class Type: In person Mask use: In accordance with federal and local guidance, mask wearing is required for anyone able while indoors at Columbus State Community College events. Parking: We are located at 250 Cleveland Ave, Columbus Ohio 43215 You can park in any of the lots surrounding the building. Parking is free.
