All good cooking begins with good knife skills. Learn the basics of knife anatomy, how to hold a knife, which knives to use and when, and knife cuts that can be utilized in a variety of applications. Assemble a Rainbow Chopped Salad with Basil Vinaigrette at the end of class and learn about how to use your scraps.
