Project Manager: Home Improvement; Patios - Pergolas - Sunrooms - Screen Rooms - Siding - Windows - Concrete - Pavers - Some Remodeling We are seeking a well rounded individual with experience working with the trades. Must be a good team player and able to work as part of a team and can handle/ Complete 4-6 Projects Per month The project manager is responsible for the entire production department coordinating all activities related to the actual project and to final completion. the production department coordinates all labor, materials and subcontractors. This responsibility includes maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job and also help run maintenance in Rental as needed. Must have late model truck, project and field experience, good communication skills and basic tools to provide service when needed. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team directing contractors to build projects.
