A workshop designed for you to connect as a community, cultivate self love, and heal on a cellular level through sound vibrations. What can you expect in this self love and sound healing workshop? Self love is the basis for fulfillment in your life. When you love yourself, you know how to take care of your body, you know how to have fun, you know how to celebrate wins in your life, and you know how to rest without the use of external substances. Self love is the path to true happiness. This workshop is all about cultivating REAL self love so you can leave ready to live life to its fullest. This is an immersive experience where we will dive into the mind and the body to heal from the inside out. We will start the workshop learning mindset exercises and tools to help you cultivate love and confidence on a daily basis. Part of the mindset portion will involve live coaching by life coach, Rachel Varitimos, so you can re-work your thoughts and beliefs in real time. This is great for community and relationship building as well, as you’ll see many people have similar limiting beliefs to you, you will feel the one-ness. Community healing is one of the most powerful healing modalities because of this aspect. We will then go into a self love meditation and 45-minutes of sound healing. The vibrations from the sound bowls emit a healing frequency (432 hz) that you can feel in your body during the meditation. Benefits include: Relief from anxiety, depression, balances and harmonizes the chakras, increased creativity, increased mental clarity, improves sleep, and increases feelings of joy and happiness. After the sound healing, there will be time to journal your thoughts, insights, and new beliefs so you can bring all the love into your day. Rachel Varitimos is a certified life coach, nutritionist, and a facilitator of holistic transformative experiences. She hosts these multi-day experiences around the United States for women to heal emotionally and physically on a deeper level through holistic practices and community healing. Transformation is facilitated through her background in mind-body writing therapy, self love practices, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra meditation, and chakra sounds bowl healing. What to bring with you? A yoga mat and/or meditation pillow (or something comfortable sit or lie down on), a journal and pen, and you have the option to bring anything you enjoy having with you during meditation (crystals, essential oils, ect.)
