Mass 1 Auto Body, located in North Reading, is currently looking for help. We have been in business for nearly 35 years. We are family owned and operated. Ralph Carlino has been in North Reading since 1980 and started Mass 1 Auto Body in 1983. His son has been working under him for the last 20 years. They believe in hard work and are the first ones in and the last ones out the door. They take pride in their craft and we expect for our employees to be the same. You won't just be our employee you'll be one of our family members. We are interested in people who have at least 3 years experience working in the auto body industry. The shop currently uses PPG's waterborne paint system. Looking for technicians who are capable of doing radiator support replacements, quarter panels etc. If you have mechanical capabilities even better and you'll be compensated. We need good workers as soon as possible so we are ready to hire quickly. We currently have a back log of two months. We have been a staple to this community for nearly three decades. We pay at the top of going labor rates, the more experience the higher the pay. You will get holiday bonuses, paid vacation, paid days off. We are flexible with your schedule. We pay sick days and also days you need off for emergencies. We are located in a nice area and work on many high end vehicles including Mercedes, BMWS, and Audis. We have a high standard of quality repair so you won't be rushed but we expect your best.
