10 month old Basset hound

Hey I'm needing to rehome my 10 month old basset hound. Her name is Ipo. She is sweet as cam be but she is fearful of outside. She tries to run back inside when she hears noises or what not. She is a big baby and needs someone who has more time to baby her through her fears. She is fully vaccinated and has been spayed. She has some food, toys, wash, etc left to go with her. She will make an amazing best friend or family dog. She is an amazing dog. I just don't have the time to work with her on it. She has a rehoming fee of $300.
