$75 10 X 10 space includes 8ft table with 2 chairs and a table cloth (if needed) $30 for designers that’ll like to walk the runway BAPs Presents Rental Contract 2021/2022 February 5th, 2022 Renter (Large hall) • I, , agree to rent from ‘BAPs’ on the above date & to abide by all the rules & terms set forth within this contract. • I agree to closing time at 8pm on Saturday 5th and everyone out by 8:30pm. • I agree to ONLY have up to two people per section. • ‘BAPs’ will provide 2 chairs and a table. (Tablecloth if needed) -A stage will be provided for the runway -Runway starts at 5pm • Model runway time frame is up to 7mins per vendor that participate • Non vendor runway is a $30 non refundable fee • I agree to pay 100$ property damage fee if my table/chair is damaged. (NO confetti or glitter) • NO CHILDREN in the building during the event, unless with parent. • I agree to purchase liquor from ‘GSEC’. I agree to purchase & not consume the liquor purchased from your local vendor. (Please share this detail with your customers) • I agree to pay a 50$ non refundable deposit.. The last day for Cancellation is January 24th! #NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.! No refunds, no exceptions after the final pay date!! Unless state shuts down • Full payment is due by January 24th, unless discussed otherwise. (Payment plan is available) • Set up time is available ONLY from noon-1:45pm on Saturday 5th (please be mindful) • YOU MUST BE SET UP BEFORE EVENT START TIME OR YOU WILL FORFIT YOUR SPOT AND MONEY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! • In order for this to be a successful event, everyone must share the flyer!!!!!! Word of mouth!!!! • Let’s enjoy the week before lovers day and sell OUT!!!!!!!! • There is a $5 entry fee By paying you agree to these terms.!
