ALL PERMITS WERE PULLED AND THE INSPECTOR DID NOT INSPECT SOME OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE UNDER THE ORIGINAL PERMIT. NOW 5 -6 YEARS LATER HE SAYS FINAL INSPECTION NOT PERFORMED AND I MUST HIRE A PLUMBER. THE INSPECTOR CAME ON 5/25/21 AND INSPECTED ALL WORK: HE THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN INSPECTION BECAUSE I AM THE HOME OWNER AND NOT THE PLUMBER. THE WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED UNDER A PERMIT PULLED BY JOHN DAVIS: HE CALLED THE INSPECTOR AND SAID HE COULD NOT DO THE FINAL: I JUST LEARNED ABOUT IT 5 YEARS LATER. THE FURNACE WAS INSTALLED IN 2015 : I had a contract with SEARS who hired a contractor: he did the job but left without a final : he wrote a letter and removed himself because the inspector was not issuing the permit within 2 weeks however the permit was issued by the end of January 2015: then THE INSPECTOR NEVER CAME TO INSPECT And NEVER TOLD ME UNTIL NOW. He says a plumber must call the inspection. I filed a complaint with the Board of Plumber in MA : they said that after any plumber leaving the job and removing themselves in writing the inspector Must Inspect and provide this inspection in writing to the home owner: I emailed the inspector this response from the Board of Plumber and he refused to comply. THE TOILETS AND TUBS FAUCETS AND SINK FAUCETs WERE INSTALLED by James Pearson : he NEVER CALLED FOR THE FINAL. HE WAS PAID. NOW THE INSPECTOR SAYS I HAVE TO HIRE A PLUMBER TO CALL FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION: eventhough he came to inspect all on 5/25/2021 and then refused to tell me what passed and did not pass until I hire a plumber.
