Solar Technician (Estero) compensation: Hourly pay rate based on experience Employment type: full-time We are currently seeking to grow our installation and service team and currently have technician positions open. Responsibilities: • Work in a team to install solar panels on residential roofs; PVC plumbing assembly and coordination with pool equipment • Solar & pool automation electrical hook up & programming • Prepare and load company vehicles; maintain an accurate inventory of materials • Clean job site; Interact and communicate with customers and co-workers in a friendly, appropriate, & polite manner • Receive stock & organize tools, equipment and materials in trucks and warehouse • Complete additional tasks as required Requirements: • Be comfortable working outdoors at heights and on angled roofs • Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly & overhead • Full range of mobility in upper & lower body, with ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. • Observe safety procedures at all times and exercise caution • Attention to detail • Prior experience working on roofs and/or in construction a plus • Work on a team & independently with minimum supervision in a steady-paced environment • Pre-employment background check and drug screen (DFWP) Benefits include: • Competitive compensation: wages paid per hour, based on experience • Paid weekly with average 40 hours per week, overtime is available during seasonal demand periods • Health benefits eligible after 90 days • 401k with company match • Holiday and Paid time off (PTO), approved unpaid vacation allowed • All training, tools and transportation to jobsites provided Required: Minimum age 21- Valid Florida Driver’s License w/ 3 years driving experience - clean driving record, no exceptions If you would like to be considered for this position, please email over your resume, work history or experience.
