This Sound is not separate from who we are and has been called the audible life stream. Pythagoras called it the Celestial Melodies. The Sufis call it the Unstruck Sound. We call it the Sound Current of God. The practice of attuning to and entering this Sound has been practiced in other traditions such as Nada Yoga and Surat Shabd Yoga. We call it Soul Transcendence and our practice is Spiritual Exercises. Note: This is meditative practice, not a physical one.
