Mosaic Templars Cultural Center Teacher Appreciation Night provides an opportunity for the staff at MTCC to honor educators' hard work and commitment to creating equitable learning spaces for students. The event will include opportunities to learn about lesson plans, the MTCC Teacher Advisory Council, loan kits and boxes, and encourage teachers to sign up for programming at the museum. Understanding the low numbers of BIPOC Educators in the Arkansas Declaration of Learning, we would provide resources to get engaged. We will also work with the University of Central Arkansas to highlight upcoming programs for educators in 2022.
