MANASSAS, VA — An unknown man exposed himself to two women in separate incidents in Manassas on Thursday evening, according to the Prince William County Police Department. In both instances, the man asked for directions before exposing himself, authorities said. The first incident was reported to police around 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 22 at the Stratford Condos on Winstead Place in Manassas. A victim, a 62-year-old woman, told police that she was walking from her car to her residence when she was approached by an unknown man. At first, the man asked the victim for directions, police said. Then he exposed himself, according to the police report. When the man walked away, the victim called the authorities.
