BRISTOL - Pawliday Lights made its return to Lake Compounce on the day after Christmas and many canines dressed warmly to bring their humans out for a day of family fun. Guests at The Lake were invited to bring their pups to enjoy some family time together during the six hours that the park was open. The pet parents had to bundle up to brave the chilly temperatures as they walked their four legged friends around the brightly decorated park. There were endless photo opportunities throughout the park, which many families took advantage of. The Main Gate Creamery sold puppachinos especially for the canine visitors. Some of the dogs were dressed in little costumes, much to the delight of the visitors who passed by them. The three pups that came with me were very excited but very well-behaved, as were most of the dogs we saw around the park. Every dog was leashed for the safety of everyone. Visitors to Lake Compounce just can't get enough of Holiday Lights, so by popular demand, they have extended their calendar. Now you can join them through January 2, 2022. Even though Santa has returned to the North Pole, visitors to The Lake can still enjoy the rides, shows, and special activities like Peppermint Week and the Kid's New Year's Eve Bash + Firework spectacular! Lake Compounce plans to go all out for their first-ever New Year's celebration. Don't miss the Kid's New Year's Eve Bash from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, complete with a DJ, bubble dance party, balloon artist, and a complimentary juice box toast sponsored by Pepsi. Then, you can grab a spot for the New Year's Eve Firework Spectacular at 8:30pm. https://www.lakecompounce.com/...
